Clynelish is one of the Northern Highland's most underappreciated distilleries. This 11 year old unchillfiltered example captures the essence of the distillery perfectly. The K & L Sazerac Cocktail: 1/2 oz Kubler absinthe, 2 oz of Sazerac Straight Rye, 1/2 oz simple syrup, 2 dashes of Peychaud bitters, Lemon - twist as garnish. Fill an old fashioned glass with ice.
