2012 Quilceda Creek Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Bid on this bottle of 2012 Quilceda Creek Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon ((97-100RP)). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "More approachable, but no less impressive, the 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon (100% Cabernet Sauvignon) looks gorgeous, and is probably the most complete wine in the lineup. Layered and rich, yet ultra-pure and also elegant, it gives up classic crème de cassis, lead pencil shavings, licorice and liquid flower like qualities to go with full-bodied richness and depth on the palate. Relatively civilized, yet with building tannin and richness, it should benefit from short term cellaring and have two decades of longevity. (JD)" (06/2014)

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2012 Horsepower "Sur Echalas Vineyard" Walla Walla Valley Syrah (OWC - (97-100RP)) in original wood. Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "A new wine for 2012, the 2012 Syrah Sur Echalas Vineyard (same vineyard as the Grenache, and located just beside the Cayuse estate and the Armada Vineyard) is a stunning example of the quality coming from these rocky soils around Milton Freewater. Offering incredible notes of pepper, bacon fat, steak tartare, olive paste and deep, savory dark fruit, this full-bodied barrel sample has fabulous concentration, beautiful purity and a blockbuster finish. It too will have an easy 15 years or more of ultimate longevity. (JD)" (06/2014)

2006 Quilceda Creek Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2006 Quilceda Creek Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (98WE, 96RP, 95ST, 94WS). Wine Enthusiast: "The 2006 flagship Cabernet from Quilceda Creek is a massive wine that has just begun to emerge from its slumber. When first released the wine seemed to have entered a dumb phase, but six months later it responds to decanting and shows its muscle. Fruit flavors of black, brandied cherries, cassis and bourbon-soaked plums are wrapped in generous, layered oak. The wine is dusty, smoky, laced with streaks of licorice and brightened with sharp acids. It continues to expand further in the glass, adding flesh and spice to its frame, with a cedar/cigar box finish." (03/2010)

1999 Quilceda Creek Washington Cabernet Sauvignon
Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 1999 Quilceda Creek Washington Cabernet Sauvignon (98RP, 94WS, 93ST, 93WE). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The sumptuous 1999 Cabernet Sauvignon is a dark ruby-colored wine with mouth-watering aromas of highly expressive blackberries awash in toasted oak and roasting spices. Medium to full-bodied, thick, concentrated, and exquisitely balanced, this mouth-coating tour de force is densely packed with jammy black fruits and cassis liqueur. It combines elegance with power in a manner reminiscent of Chateaux Margaux's prodigious 1990. This velvety-textured wine is complete, with magnificent depth of fruit, a profound personality, and the requisite structure for long-term cellaring. Bravo!" (12/2002)

2007 Cayuse "Cailloux Vineyard" Walla Walla Valley Syrah
Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2007 Cayuse "Cailloux Vineyard" Walla Walla Valley Syrah (99WE, 95RP, 95WS, 94ST). Wine Enthusiast: "**Top 100 Cellar Selections 2011** The only one of the Cayuse Syrahs that is co-fermented with Viognier, this opens with a stunning, floral bouquet, showing extraordinary depth and texture. The wine has a floral top, a thickly fruity middle and a base with smoke, rock and meat. Still very young, it is already a complete, fully-realized, near-perfect wine with a finish that extends for many minutes. This should age for 25 –30 years. Right now, it’s almost frozen in place; still a bit tannic, but with superb aging potential." (02/2011)

Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Almost as good, the 2012 Syrah The Tribe Vineyard offers classic peppery spices, flowers, licorice, cured meats, toast and assorted red and black fruit qualities to go with a full-bodied, exceedingly structured feel on the palate. Showing additional fruit and flesh over the 2011, this beautiful Syrah will require short-term cellaring and have upwards of two decades of ultimate longevity. (JD)" (06/2014)

A full-bodied wine of power and structure, it is crammed with black currants, blackberries, and spices. Its dense fruit is matched blow for blow with a muscular, firm structure. 2007 Cayuse "Armada Vineyard" Walla Walla Valley Syrah
Bid on this bottle of 2007 Cayuse "Armada Vineyard" Walla Walla Valley Syrah (98RP, 97WE, 94ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2007 Syrah Armada Vineyard (100%) was aged in Rostaing puncheons, one of them new, for 30 months. Aromatically, it is the most brooding and Cote-Rotie-like of these Syrahs with notes of smoke, meat, game, garrigue, lavender, and blueberry. The most tightly wound of the Syrahs, it is the one that will most profit from several years of cellaring. It should offer prime drinking from 2014 to 2027. (JM)" (08/2010)

Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2011 Syrah The Tribe Vineyard, which comes from a vineyard close to the En Chamberlin Vineyard, offers a classic northern Rhone-like profile of blackberry and black currant fruits, beef blood, iron, liquid mineral and smoked meat. Full-bodied, layered, and fabulously concentrated, with considerable back-end structure, this awesome effort will drink well for over 15 years. (JD)" (06/2014)

2001 Quilceda Creek Washington Cabernet Sauvignon
Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2001 Quilceda Creek Washington Cabernet Sauvignon (97RP, 95ST, 95WE, 94WS, 90W&S). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "A smidge more evolved than the 2002, the 2001 Cabernet Sauvignon is made from 97% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Cabernet Franc, mostly from the famed Champoux Vineyard in the Horse Heaven Hills AVA. It offers a rock star bouquet of blackberry liqueur, cassis, dried licorice, spice and roasted meats to go with a full-bodied, concentrated, yet incredibly polished and elegantly textured mouthfeel. Blockbuster stuff that has everything, it is still youthful and vibrant and has another decade or more of longevity, although I see no reason to delay gratification. Drink now-2023. " (06/2013)

2006 Cayuse "God Only Knows" Walla Walla Valley Grenache
Bid on this bottle of 2006 Cayuse "God Only Knows" Walla Walla Valley Grenache (97RP, 93ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Dark ruby-colored, it exhibits a sensational bouquet of mineral, underbrush, mushroom, bright cherry and raspberry aromatics. Incredibly intense, vibrant, and lingering on the palate, this superb effort will surely evolve as well as any great Chateauneuf-du-Pape but with no track record, there is only one sure way to find out. 2010 Charles Smith "Royal City" Coumbia Valley Syrah
Bid on this bottle of 2010 Charles Smith "Royal City" Coumbia Valley Syrah (99RP, 97WE, 97WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "One of the top Syrahs out there, the 2010 Syrah Charles Smith Royal City is a 100% Syrah from the Stoneridge Vineyard, which was first planted in 2001, and consists of big stones and broken limestone soils. Borderline perfection (and I seriously considered rating it a point higher), it oozes incredible aromas and flavors of smoked herbs, olive, underbrush, game and copious black fruits. This is followed by a full-bodied, decadent, yet beautifully precise wine that doesn’t come anywhere close to being over the top. A wine that makes my heart rate increase, this awesome Syrah is worth the effort to track down! It should hit full stride around age five or six and have 15-20 years of total longevity. Don’t miss it! Drink 2015-2030. (JD) " (06/2013)

2002 Quilceda Creek Washington Cabernet Sauvignon
Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2002 Quilceda Creek Washington Cabernet Sauvignon (98RP, 97WE, 93ST, 93WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Almost as good as the 2003, the 2002 Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of 97% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Merlot and 1% Cabernet Franc that spent 22 months in 100% new French oak. Its youthful purple/ruby color is followed by gorgeously complex and intense aromas of wild herbs, exotic spices, caramelized beef, licorice and layers of sweet black fruits and creamy black cherry-like nuances. Full-bodied, rich and incredibly youthful, it opens up beautifully in the glass and is a total thrill ride of a Washington State Cabernet. I’d enjoy bottles over the coming decade, but it will hold longer. Drink now-2027. (JD)" (06/2013)

2011 Cayuse "Impulsivo" Walla Walla Valley Tempranillo
Bid on this bottle of 2011 Cayuse "Impulsivo" Walla Walla Valley Tempranillo (97RP, 94WE, 92WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2011 Tempranillo Impulsivo is easily the top example of this variety coming out of the New World. Classic in style with its singed cedar board, spice, earth, dried flowers and plum and blackberry styled fruit, this puppy hits the palate with a structured, full-bodied profile that needs 3-4 years of cellaring to round into form. While I haven’t been able to taste many aged example of this cuvee (it was first made in 2003), I can’t imagine it not evolving gracefully for at least 10-15 years. (JD)" (06/2014)

2011 No Girls "La Paciencia Vineyard" Walla Walla Valley Syrah
Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2011 No Girls "La Paciencia Vineyard" Walla Walla Valley Syrah (95RP, 94WE, 92ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "In the same mold, with the buzzwords being finesse and elegance, the 2011 Syrah La Paciencia Vineyard offers textbook pepper, olive tapenade, smoke and crunchy berry fruits in its medium to full-bodied, seamless and beautifully textured profile. Showing impressive complexity and already hard to resist, I-d lean towards drinking bottles over the coming decade as well. Distinctly different from both the Cayuse and Horsepower releases, winemaker Elizabeth Bourcier continues to fine-tune these No Girls releases and they always show a perfumed, lively style that-s hard to resist. They all come from the La Paciencia Vineyard, which is located in The Rocks around the town of Milton-Freewater, and all of the wines see only neutral oak. (JD)" (06/2014)

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2006 Charles Smith "Royal City" Washington State Syrah (100WE, 98RP, 97WS). Wine Enthusiast: "In 2005 Charles Smith introduced three high-end Syrahs. In 2006 Smith has made a wine better than each of these, by combining them into a single wine—Royal City Syrah. Rich scents of purple fruit, smoked meat, cedar, lead pencil, moist earth and so on proclaim a wine with genuine gravitas. There is nothing missing, from the first sniff to the last sip, the wine delivers on all levels. Complex, beautifully balanced, powerful and detailed. " (12/2009)

Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon is blended with 19% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Franc, and 1% Carmenere. Purple-colored, it exhibits a complex nose of smoke, vanilla, pencil lead, olives, licorice, black currants, and blackberry which soars from the glass. Sweet and ripe on the palate, with layers of dark fruit flavors, the wine’s oak, tannin, and acidity are beautifully integrated. The finish lasts for 50+ seconds. Give this Cabernet another 5-7 years in the cellar and drink it through 2035." (08/2007)

Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2011 Grenache Sur Echalas Vineyard is a sensational blend of 100% Grenache that comes all from a vineyard located just to the west of Cayuse’s Armada Vineyard. Planted to 4,840 vines per acre, it’s farmed completely by horse. Showing every bit as well from bottle as from barrel, it offers up layers of pepper, smoked herbs, gunpowder and black fruits to go with a deep, structured style on the palate. Incredibly concentrated, especially in the vintage, it has a gracefully, balanced feel before firming up substantially on the finish. Give this beauty 2-3 years of bottle age and enjoy over the following decade. Unfortunately, there are only 131 cases of it to go around, so if you get the opportunity to grab some bottles, don’t miss it. (JD)" (06/2014)

Of the 2005 Cayuse "Cailloux Vineyard" Walla Walla Valley Syrah,Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "The normal cuvee of 2005 Syrah Cailloux Vineyard has an alluring perfume of spice box, meat, game, and blueberry compote. Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2005 Quilceda Creek Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (100RP, 96WE, 94ST, 94WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "From a hot vintage and incredible any way you look at it, the 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon has that laser-like focus of a cooler year, yet the voluptuousness and richness of a warmer year. Smoked black fruits, coffee, truffle and pen ink-like aromas and flavors all emerge from this massive, incredibly full-bodied effort and on the palate, it carries itself perfectly with a weightless, yet decadent texture, masses of polished tannin and blockbuster length.
