A small version of our best deal in bubbles—direct from the Aristons. This all estate-grown wine is aged for an incredible five years on the lees before release, giving real depth and an honest, toasty flavor. It is composed of 40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 30% Meunier and is fermented in stainless steel with full malolactic. This is serious Champagne that keeps getting better every year. This little bottle of rosé is delicious! This is the first time we have had the rosé from Bonville, an estate that grows only Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs. Olivier Bonville was able to trade with Ambonnay celebrity-producer Paul Dethune for the red wine that goes into this blend of 92% Chardonnay and 8% Pinot Noir. You might wonder what such a small dash of Pinot would do besides add color, and I was skeptical myself. Great Champagne in an easy-to-open half bottle! This all-estate grown Champagne is 100% Meunier from the village of Festigny. Now named "Authentic," this is truly a reserve blend with half of the wine coming from old reserves. It is quite round, with a wonderful pie crust and spice nose, with some hints of exotic fruit in the flavor. This is medium to full bodied Champagne and makes great drinking on its own as well as being fantastic with pâtés of all sorts. (Gary Westby, K&L Champagne buyer)
This is 100% Pinot Noir from Verzenay! The Arnoulds own 27 acres in the village of Verzenay, a quite sizable holding in this high rent area.

A nice little half bottle! This new husband and wife Champagne house is the product of two venerable Champagne families. Olivier Collard is the grandson of the great Rene Collard from the village of Reuil, one of the most respected and venerable recoltant-manipulants in all of Champagne.
