2015 Wines Of Substance Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon Top Pick!
2015 Wines Of Substance Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

92 points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "One of the best values I’ve tasted in a long time, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon from the team at K Vintners was hand-harvested, natively fermented and aged all in French oak. Smoking good notes of cassis, black currants and hints of plum all emerge from this rich, beautifully textured, layered beauty that has solid tannic grip, a silky, elegant texture and a great finish. It has real elegance and finesse and is a dark fruited, unctuous beauty to drink over the coming 3-4 years. These are the Bordeaux variety releases from K Vintners. (JD)" (6/2017)

2014 Wines Of Substance Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

91 points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The straight 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon is outstanding. Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, native fermented, aged in French oak and bottled unfined and unfiltered, it’s a killer value that has lots of blue fruits, violets, graphite and leafy herbs in medium to full-bodied, concentrated, layered style. Savvy readers should buy a case of this and drink bottles over the coming 4-5 years, although I see no reason that it won’t keep longer either. 94 points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Reviewed last year under the K Vintners label, the 2013 Super Substance Merlot Northridge is a serious effort that’s reminiscent of a top flight Pomerol. It sports a deep ruby/purple color as well as ample black currants, plums, wet clay and earth in a rich, full-bodied, concentrated, layered package that’s already hard to resist. 91 points Connoisseurs Guide: "Year in and year out, Eroica has earned a place at the head of the class, and its string of successes remains wholly intact with this latest release. The 2015 incarnation is a deep and genuinely complex Riesling, albeit one that does not roar from the glass and instead demands a bit of patience and thought.
