2009 Robert Mondavi "Reserve" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Bid on this bottle of 2009 Robert Mondavi "Reserve" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (94RP, 94ST, 92WS, 90WE). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Mondavi's 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is sumptuous and beautiful. Plums, mocha, cloves and pencil shavings are all woven together in this gorgeous, large-scaled Cabernet Sauvignon. All the elements are in the right place. Silky, nuanced tannins frame the voluptuous, caressing finish. A wine of centeredness and gorgeous precision, the 2009 is a true standout. The tannins need a few years to soften, but once that starts to happen, the 2009 should enjoy a long life. The blend is 88% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Cabernet Franc and 4% Petit Verdot. Anticipated maturity: 2014-2029. (AG)" (12/2012)

2010 Continuum Oakville Proprietary Blend
Bid on this bottle of 2010 Continuum Oakville Proprietary Blend (97RP, 96VN, 94ST, 93WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "This has been an impressive, serious wine since the debut vintage, and Tim Mondavi's estate high on Pritchard Hill has fashioned a 2010 blend of 71% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Cabernet Franc, 11% Petit Verdot and 4% Merlot. Gorgeously ripe, intricate and nuanced, with aromas of spring flowers and red and black fruits, a stunning texture, sweet tannin, a full-bodied mouthfeel, and undeniable elegance and finesse, this complex beauty cascades over the palate without a hard edge to be found. It is a tribute to Mondavi-s long resume of skillful winemaking. Black currants, blueberries and a touch of raspberries are all compelling and persistent. Drink this gorgeous Napa red now and over the next 15+ years. (RP)" (10/2013)

2009 Spottswoode "Family Estate" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Bid on this bottle of 2009 Spottswoode "Family Estate" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (97RP, 96WS, 94ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Another super-impressive effort, the 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon boasts stunning depth and sheer power. Black currants, pencil shavings, mocha, incense and melted road tar are all woven together gracefully in this powerful, opulent wine. The tannins remain firm, so another few years of cellaring is a must. There is serious density and sheer power to burn. Today the 2009 is a touch less vibrant than the 2010, but more overt and voluptuous. A brooding, muscular finish rounds things out beautifully. The 2009 is 95% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit Verdot. Anticipated maturity: 2019-2034. (AG)" (12/2012)

Stunningly full-bodied, multi-layered, with great purity and expression, this fabulous wine is still youthful but very accessible, as the tannins are velvety and well-integrated. Aromas of plumcake and bacon get it going, followed by kirsch and blueberry flavors. The smoky, woody finish has essences of campfire, chocolate and espresso. 2010 Bryant Family Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2010 Bryant Family Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (99RP, 96AG, 95WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Teasing the taster with a possible three-digit perfection is the 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon Pritchard Hill. This beauty shows lots of creme de cassis, blueberry liqueur, spring flower and forest floor notes in an opulent, full-bodied, powerful, dense, rich style buttressed by significant ripe tannins and decent acidity. Again, the striking purity and singular character of this Bryant Cabernet Sauvignon oozes potential as well as pedigree. This spectacular, young Cabernet should turn out to be one of the all-time great Bryant Cabernet Sauvignons, rivaling their 1997, but slightly more structured. Forget this one for 3-4 years and drink it over the following three decades. (RP)" (10/2013)

2012 Scarecrow Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2012 Scarecrow Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (98RP, 96AG, (93-96ST)). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The classic 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon included fruit from the 2-acre, old vine parcel that is nearly 70 years of age. It boasts an opaque purple color as well as copious notes of spring flowers, blackberries, black raspberries and wet rocks. The wine’s gravelly minerality and spectacular opulence and density make it an instant classic. This massive, full-bodied 2012 should drink beautifully for 15-20+ years. It showed incredibly well last year, and it still reveals the potential to possibly merit a 3-digit score – it’s that special. (RP)" (10/2014)

Gorgeously pure, opulently full-bodied, with sweet tannins, superb concentration, and a low acid, ripe, tannic finish, it tastes like a top-notch vintage of ripe Bordeaux, but made in California. Full-bodied, but closed, with gorgeously pure black fruits, powerful, loamy, earthy scents along with fruit and extract, this wine also needs 5-6 years of cellaring, and should easily last through the first 2-3 decades of the next century." Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2012 Hundred Acre "Kayli Morgan" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (OWC - 99RP) in original wood. Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Kayli Morgan Vineyard, which Woodbridge thinks may be the greatest he has made to date, is locked and loaded, with silky tannins and an inky blue/purple color, a gorgeous nose of spring flowers intermingled with crème de cassis, blackberry, lead pencil shavings and spice box, This is a full-throttle, concentrated, stunningly well-balanced wine, with terrific fruit intensity and palate presence. It is fat, it is opulent, it is delicious, but it pulls back from going over the edge, as all great wines tend to do. Drink it over the next 20-25 years. " (08/2015)

Aged 22 months in mostly used oak (various sizes), it offers awesome purity and freshness in its black raspberry, cassis, ground herbs, white pepper and licorice-driven bouquet. Of the 2002 Bond "Melbury" Napa Valley Red Blend,Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "The 2002 Cabernet Sauvignon Melbury, which comes from a hillside vineyard site near Lake Hennessey, is showing even better than it did in its youth. Probably years away from full maturity, the wine has an extraordinary aromatic profile of smoky meats intermixed with blackberry, creme de cassis, charcoal, lead pencil shavings and espresso. Bid on this magnum of 2001 Shafer "Hillside Select" Stags Leap District Cabernet Sauvignon (1.5L) (100RP, 98WE, 96WS, 95CG, 95ST, 95W&S). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "I should not be surprised that the 2001 Cabernet Sauvignon Hillside Select merited a perfect rating since I rated it 99 eight years ago. I also gave the 2002 Hillside Select a perfect rating. Kudos to Doug and John Shafer for creating two perfect wines in back to back vintages. The 2001 is a big wine (14.9% natural alcohol), but the alcohol is buried beneath an avalanche of creme de cassis, wood smoke, toast, licorice and spring flower characteristics. Super full-bodied with fabulous fruit purity, a broad, expansive mouthfeel, lots of glycerin and a huge upside, this 2001 is still an infant at age ten, but it is approachable as well as compelling to smell and taste. It has at least another three decades of aging potential ahead of it and is one of the great young, legendary classics from Napa Valley. It was a privilege

2008 Saxum "Booker Vineyard" Paso Robles Rhône Blend
Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2008 Saxum "Booker Vineyard" Paso Robles Rhône Blend (98RP, 96WS, 94ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2008 Booker Vineyard (92% Syrah and 8% Mourvedre, which had also been bottled immediately before my visit) has an opaque purple color and a wonderfully sweet nose of black cherry, black currant, licorice, incense, and some Asian spices. The wine has seamless lushness, a voluptuous texture, stunning purity, and a very long, 40-second-plus finish. Booker is another top site that I believe was planted with Justin Smith’s help. It is a 40-acre vineyard sitting on similar limestone soils. This incredible wine would probably benefit from a couple of years of cellaring, as the structure is more present, no doubt due to the high level of Syrah in the wine. It should evolve for 10-15 more years. (RP)" (08/2010)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2009 Rhys "Horseshoe Vineyard" Santa Cruz Mountains Pinot Noir (94RP, 94ST, 92WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2009 Pinot Noir Horseshoe Vineyard is the most virile wine in this lineup. Black cherries, mint, iron and crushed rocks come together in this dramatic, generous Pinot. The fleshiness of the fruit nearly covers the tannins, but they are lurking beneath the wine’s considerable fleshiness. Menthol, pine and a host of other dark, balsamic notes wrap around the insistent, powerful finish. Anticipated maturity: 2014-2024. (AG)" (08/2011)

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2008 Colgin "IX Estate" Napa Valley Syrah (OWC - 95ST, 94RP, 94WS) in original wood. Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar: "Bright full ruby. Pungent aromas of candied blueberry, minerals, lavender, crushed stone, roasted meat, mocha and black olive; youthful but already expressive. Pliant, rich and deep, with terrific verve and incipient complexity to the intense flavors of black cherry, salty minerality, game and white pepper. 1996 Ridge Vineyards "Monte Bello" Santa Cruz Mountains Cabernet Sauvignon
Bid on this bottle of 1996 Ridge Vineyards "Monte Bello" Santa Cruz Mountains Cabernet Sauvignon (95RP, 92ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 1996 Cabernet Sauvignon Monte Bello (80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Merlot, and 9% Petit Verdot that reached 13.4% alcohol) represents a severe selection of only 40% of the vineyard's crop. A blockbuster, powerful, concentrated Monte Bello, it possesses an opaque purple color, plenty of spicy oak in the nose (100% American oak has always been used for aging Monte Bello), and a deep, layered, concentrated style. There is plenty of tannin, but it is sweeter than that found in the 1997, and the wine is more concentrated and extracted. There is a touch of oak in the flavors, which are otherwise dominated by minerals and jammy black fruits. This is a terrific Monte Bello that will have 30+ years of life. (RP)" (12/1998)

2006 Merry Edwards "Olivet Lane" Russian River Valley Pinot Noir
Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2006 Merry Edwards "Olivet Lane" Russian River Valley Pinot Noir (92CG, 90W&S). Connoisseurs Guide: "Not unlike the Marimar wines, but more fully concentrated, this wine has always contained quite ample acidity and asked for bottle aging. Its fairly precise varietal aroma of red cherries with hints of sweet spices and a dollop of crème brûlée and slightly toasty oak puts it out ahead of the crowd, and its full and impeccably balanced palatal impressions only add to its luster. It will benefit from bottle age but does not demand overly long patience." (02/2009)

Wine Enthusiast: "This wine continues a long-standing tradition, showing a mastery of the art of blending. It's made using grapes that are sourced from at least six vineyards scattered from Yountville to St. Helena. Right out of the bottle, it's a soft, smoothly tannic wine that's rich in blackberry jam, black currant, blueberry, raspberry, dark chocolate and spice flavors. The wine, which contains small amounts of Petit Verdot and Malbec, is so powerful, it easily carries the 100% new French oak. Bid on this bottle of 1995 Araujo "Eisele Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (98RP, 94WS, 93ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Araujo's Cabernet Sauvignon Eisele Vineyard has become a benchmark. I believe the 1995 is the finest produced under the Araujo regime. It is close to perfection. The wine combines extraordinary power and richness with remarkable complexity and finesse. The saturated purple/black color is followed by aromas of sweet vanillin intermixed with riveting scents of black currants, minerals, exotic spices, coffee, and toast. There is nothing garish about this subtle yet powerful giant of a wine. A Napa Valley classic, it is full-bodied and extremely rich, yet retains its sense of balance and symmetry. This fabulous Cabernet Sauvignon should age effortlessly for 30 or more years." (12/1998)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 1999 Turley "Hayne" Napa Valley Petite Syrah (Petite Sirah) (97RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Potentially perfect, the 1999 Petite-Syrah Hayne Vineyard (475 cases, 15.2% alcohol) is a 50-year wine. If it is showing any age after a decade of cellaring, I will be as surprised as its producers. An opaque black/blue color is followed by an extraordinary perfume of blackberry and creme de cassis blended with spices, minerals, and earth. Frightfully tannic, with unreal concentration, texture, and length, this behemoth is one of the most concentrated wines I have ever tasted. (RP)" (02/2002)

Of the 2011 Schrader "Beckstoffer Las Piedras - LPV" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon,Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "Schrader’s newest offering is the 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Las Piedras Vineyard LPV, which comes from clone 337 of the Las Piedras site. This is a west side valley floor vineyard with a foundation of alluvial river pebbles and rocks as well as gravelly loam. The Schraders have a long-term lease on 5 acres, which, added to their 16 acres of Beckstoffer To Kalon and 5 acres of Beckstoffer George III, gives them some pretty serious leases on some of the finest terroirs in Napa Valley. 2012 Scarecrow "M. Étain" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (OWC)
Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2012 Scarecrow "M. Étain" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (OWC - 94RP, 92VN) in original wood. Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon M. Etain is in essence a second wine, but it sure doesn’t taste like one. Its deep purple color is followed by pure black raspberry and blackcurrant fruit, dusty, loamy soil notes, extraordinary depth of fruit, ripeness and good acidity. This opulent, round beauty is ideal for drinking over the next decade or more. One of the classic wines of Napa Valley, Scarecrow’s Cabernet Sauvignons are made by well-known winemaking consultant Celia Welch. This historic vineyard in Rutherford, which owns some of the oldest vines in all of Napa, continues to turn out some of Napa’s most profound Cabernet Sauvignons. (RP)" (10/2014)

2005 Alban "Seymour's Vineyard" Edna Valley Syrah
Bid on this bottle of 2005 Alban "Seymour's Vineyard" Edna Valley Syrah (96RP, (93-96ST), 94WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "From a cooler year, the 2005 Syrah Seymour’s Vineyard exhibits a more European personality than the classically Californian 2004. The 2005 reminds me of a broodingly backward, dark purple-colored Hermitage from the northern Rhone. Aromas of scorched earth, creme de cassis, truffles, and graphite emerge from this cuvee. With remarkable density, structure, precision, and freshness as well as sensational equilibrium (despite its weight and intensity), it should be at its finest between 2012-2025+. The wines of John and Lorraine Alban are about as spectacular as one can find anywhere in the world. Alban is committed to aging his big Syrahs longer in barrel, believing it will concentrate the wines and add additional complexity. (RP)" (06/2008)

Bid on this magnum of 2004 Gemstone "Facets" Yountville Bordeaux Blend (1.5L) (94RP, 90WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "A blend of 52% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, and 13% Cabernet Franc, the 2004 Facets of Gemstone exhibits a similar character, but more mocha, black cherry, chocolate, and espresso-like notes, a plumper, more lush sweetness (no doubt because of the higher percentage of Merlot), and great aromatics, texture, expansiveness, and length. It should improve for 2-5 years, and drink well for 12-15. (RP)" (12/2006)

Notes of mint, minerals, currants, blackberries, with hints of cedar. Full bodied, very velvety and chewy. This won't be out until 2013. Winemaker believes this could be the best one yet, and I have to agree. Barrel sample. " (02/2011)

2009 Abreu "Thorevilos" Napa Valley Proprietary Red
Bid on this bottle of 2009 Abreu "Thorevilos" Napa Valley Proprietary Red (98RP, 97VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2009 Thorevilos displays a stunningly blue/purple color along with an exceptional nose of blueberry and blackberry liqueur intermixed with espresso, white chocolate and violets. With unbelievable intensity, a great, full-bodied mouthfeel, stunning purity, a subtle hint of wood, but no hard edges, this is one 2009 that does not have that broodingly tannic structure that is common in this vintage. This sensational effort can be drunk early on or cellared for another three decades. (RP)" (10/2013)

1997 Philip Togni Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (1.5L)
Bid on this magnum of 1997 Philip Togni Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (1.5L) (98RP, 98VN, 92ST, 91WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 1997 Cabernet Sauvignon has to be one of the great buys left for profound Napa Cabernet. He’s done the aging for you, and of course the wine is still an adolescent in terms of aging potential. Brilliant notes of cedar, spice box, cassis, smoke, and licorice soar from the glass, as if this wine were pretending to be a first-growth Pauillac. Full-bodied, powerful, still with a boatload of tannin to resolve, and just a faint lightening of the dense purple color at the rim, this is a brilliant wine from a vintage that produced relatively quick-evolving wines, but no such thing is tolerated at Philip Togni. This is a great Cabernet Sauvignon with the exuberance, purity, and richness of fruit that Napa provides, but with a Bordeaux structure that Togni, with his Bordeaux upbringing, somehow builds into the wine. This wine will continue to drink well for

Bid on this bottle of 2012 Bevan "Sugarloaf Mountain Vineyard" Napa Valley Proprietary Blend (100RP, 95VN, 94WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Another perfect wine is Bevan’s equal part blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc, the 2012 Proprietary Red Sugarloaf Mountain. Notes of unsmoked cigar tobacco, forest floor, pen ink mulberries, blackberries and spring flowers soar from this inky/purple-colored 2012. The wine possesses great intensity, remarkable unctuosity and thickness, and perfect integration of acidity, alcohol, tannin and wood. Aged in equal parts new Gamba and Darnajou barrels, there are 225 cases of this fabulous wine. Drink now-2032. (RP)" (10/2014)

Of the 2005 Darioush Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon,Connoisseurs Guide writes: "**Two Stars** Once again, Darioush races to the top of the listings with a big, rich, hedonistically overachieving Cabernet, but unlike last year's * * * winner, this one is somewhat tighter and age-demanding than its predecessor. It is in the nature of the 2005 vintage that it seems to produce somewhat less lush, plush wines, and there are those who will applaud and those who will miss the genuine juiciness of Darioush's 2004. By comparison, this wine seems to have a foot in two camps, but that only makes it a bit different rather than less desirable." (04/2008)

2012 Continuum Oakville Bordeaux Blend
Bid on this bottle of 2012 Continuum Oakville Bordeaux Blend (96VN). Vinous: " Ripe, silky tannins wrap around the palate in the 2012 Continuum. Bright red cherry, plum, spice, menthol and hard candy meld together effortlessly in the glass. The 2012 captures the polished, refined side of the vintage. This is perhaps the most refined wine I have ever tasted from Continuum. The flavors are bright and focused, while the new oak has been decidedly toned down, both of which allow the personality of these breathtaking hillsides sites to shine. The 2012 is the first Continuum to be made entirely with estate grown fruit. (AG)" (12/2014)

Of the 2009 David Arthur "Three Acre" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon,Wine Enthusiast writes: " *Cellar Selection* This is flashy and impressive for the sheer power and concentration of its fruit. Intense blackberry and cassis flavors sink deep and last long, accompanied by strong, new French oak and considerable tannins. It’s a wine that needs serious cellar time; eight years from now, it could still be a baby." (11/2012)

2012 Dana Estates "Onda d'Oro" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Bid on this bottle of 2012 Dana Estates "Onda d'Oro" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (95JS, 95RP, 93VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The largest case production is the 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Onda, which is essentially their second wine culled from the top lots of Lotus, Hershey, Helms and Crystal Springs. It’s a blend of 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Merlot and 10% Petit Verdot (888 cases) that spent 20 months in 70% new French oak. The wine is deep ruby/purple, exhibits crème de cassis notes with some incense and subtle charcoal. It’s medium to full-bodied, silky smooth and clearly meant to be the wine that most consumers would want to drink earlier than the more saturated and denser single-vineyard wines. This should drink nicely for at least another 10-15 years. (RP)" (10/2014)
