2007 Ayala Blanc de Blancs Champagne

97 points Wine Enthusiast: "This Blanc de Blancs has shed its initial minerality and gained rich fruitiness. Apricots as well as more citrus flavors abound, bringing out a full and round character. From Grand Cru vineyards on the Côte des Blancs, this is ready to drink." (12/2014)92 points Antonio Galloni: "(made from fruit grown in the Grand Cru villages of Cramant, Avize and Oger and the Premier Cru villages of Cuis and Vertus): Pale gold. A lively, sharply focused bouquet evokes fresh citrus fruits, quince, white flowers and honey, with suave leesy and mineral qualities building in the glass. Rich yet livel ...Read More »

2007 Brocard Chablis Grand Cru "Les Preuses"
Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2007 Brocard Chablis Grand Cru "Les Preuses" (94BH, 90RP, 90ST). Allen Meadows - Burghound: "A great Preuses is a "consolidator", meaning that it assembles many aspects of what makes great Chablis and this has it all with a wonderful combination of aromas including green fruit, iodine, oyster shell, sea breeze and saline elements trimmed in a bit of wood that are all reflected by the gorgeously complex, rich, full and generous medium-bodied flavors that are naturally sweet on the dry extract coated mid-palate yet finish with a bone dry finale. A wonderfully classy and ultra pure wine that is strikingly well balanced." (10/2009)

2007 Domaine Louis Latour Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru "Les Demoiselles"
Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2007 Domaine Louis Latour Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru "Les Demoiselles" (94BH, 92WS). Allen Meadows - Burghound: "A more subtle touch of wood sets off the lightly spiced floral, green apple, white peach and pear aromas that lead to very pure, detailed and stony medium weight plus flavors that possess superb intensity and huge length on the mouth coating finish. This is presently quite understated and does an impressive job of blending power and finesse in a package of impact without heaviness." (07/2009)

2007 Lucien Le Moine Montrachet "P"

From one of Burgundy's superstar producers, this is a rare find. Lucien LeMoine was established in 1999 by Mounir Saouma, a former Lebanese monk, and his wife Rotem. The duo generally make just a barrel or two of each of their wines, resulting in just 25-50 cases of each bottling. Saouma doesn't make a Montrachet every vintage, and in a handful of vintages he has experimented in bottling his Montrachet from the Puligny and Chassagne sides of the vineyard separately, like in this 2007. (The "P" stands for Puligny.) In his review of the version of the 2007... Read More »

2007 Lucien Le Moine Montrachet "C"

94-96 points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The barrel of Le Moine's 2007 Montrachet from the Chassagne side smells bitter-sweetly of honeysuckle, gardenia, and citrus oil. A deep nut past richness informs its silken-textured palate. There is less of the musky or decadent about this than one typically expects from the site, but also more of an overtly chalk-dusty mineral dimension along with fresh citrus and citrus zest pungency that lend an impression of energy. The barrel from the Puligny side didn't even begin its malo until on year of age, and was not yet completely finished (or at least, not ...Read More »
