Bid on this 375 ml 1-bottle lot of 2006 Sine Qua Non "Mr. K Noble Man" California Chardonnay (375ml) (95RP, 94ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2006 Mr. K. The Nobleman Chardonnay (200 grams of residual sugar per liter) reveals phenomenal fresh, lively acidity as well as wonderful honeyed peach, marmalade, tropical fruit, and creme brulee characteristics. It is a Trockenbeerenauslese-styled wine that is a fitting tribute to the effusive and much revered Alois Kracher. (RP)" (08/2009)

2014 Schrader "Beckstoffer Georges III" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Bid on this bottle of 2014 Schrader "Beckstoffer Georges III" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon ((95-97RP)). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "I’ll keep my notes short, since I’ll be tasting this wines from bottle next year, but the 2014s from Schrader are among the highlights of this vintage, which is certainly an excellent one in Napa, but destined to be lost in the massive shadows cast by 2012 and 2013. The Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer George III Vineyard should ultimately score in the mid-90s, with the potential that it may reach the upper 90s. The wine comes in at about 14.4% to 14.5% natural alcohol. It looks to be a super-duper vintage for Schrader. (RP)" (10/2015)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2007 Domaine William Fevre Chablis Grand Cru "Les Clos" (96BH, 96WE, 95ST, 94RP, 93WS). Wine Enthusiast: " *Cellar Selection* From the largest of the Chablis Grand Cru, this wine shows a lively fruit character but also a powerful, taut mineral streak that comes through to dominate. There is no doubt this needs aging, with its steely edge and vivid acidity." (07/2010)

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2011 Domaine Fontaine-Gagnard Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru "La Maltroie" (92ST, 90BH). Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar: "Bright straw-yellow. Musky white peach, nut oils and gingery spices on the nose. Silky, stony and concentrated; ripe yet dry, conveying an impression of solid dry extract. The fullest of these premier crus but shows very good stone and menthol reserve. Classic refined Chassagne wine with a long, bright finish. Very strong for this cuvee. (ST)" (09/2013)

2012 Saxum "Heart Stone Vineyard" Paso Robles Rhône Blend
Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2012 Saxum "Heart Stone Vineyard" Paso Robles Rhône Blend (96RP, 92VN, 91WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2012 Heart Stone Vineyard is 43% Syrah, 41% Grenache and 16% Mourvedre that was aged mostly in concrete (the ’11 was aged 100% in concrete) yet also saw some new and neutral puncheons. Fermented with 40% whole clusters, it’s a big, burly effort that has beautiful creme de cassis, black raspberry, crushed violets, vanilla bean and exotic flower-like qualities all emerging from the glass. It too has a structured feel, with high, yet ripe tannin, so short-term cellaring is also advised here. (JD)" (08/2014)

Hints of game, sexy oak and minerals on the nose. Sweet, suave and seamless; more complex than the 60 Ouvrees but less obviously vibrant today. Showing more stony influence than primary fruit. Finishes a bit edgy, with a hint of chocolate. (ST)" (01/2012)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2010 Roche de Bellene Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru "Aux Malconsorts" ((91-94BH), 93ST, 93WS). Allen Meadows - Burghound: " This offers up the most complex nose of these three Vosne 1ers with an exuberantly spicy black fruit and cassis scents. There is excellent size and weight to the powerful and admirably concentrated broad-shouldered flavors that evidence plenty of muscle and punch on the mouth coating finish. The underlying tannins are exceptionally firm yet completely ripe and I very much like the explosive finale that seems to go on and on. In 2010, this easily delivers grand cru quality but note well that plenty of patience will be required." (04/2012)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2005 Sea Smoke "Southing" Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir (95WE, 92WS, 91ST). Wine Enthusiast: "The most balanced of Sea Smoke’s three new Pinots, Southing was aged in about two-thirds new oak, which gives rich caramel, toasted coconut and exotic spice notes to the ripe fruit flavors. The wine explodes with cherries, raspberries, mulberries and even chocolate mint, finishing long and spicy, and leaving the impression of wholesomeness and completeness. Now showing its peak of youthful vivacity, this should develop for an additional six years." (12/2007)

Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar: "(partly from 50-year-old domain vines) White peach, apricot and nut oils along with a more exotic note of quince on the nose. Then chewy, concentrated and rich, with superb acids giving it terrific inner-mouth lift. This boasts impressive precision and elegance for a wine with so much volume. Bid on this bottle of 1996 Domaine Robert Groffier Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru "Les Amoureuses" (93ST). Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar: "Saturated ruby-red. Supersweet aromas of raspberry, currant, graphite and sweet oak, plus an exotic suggestion of citrus fruit. Silky and sweet, if rather unforthcoming in the middle palate; offers great concentration and a near perfect sugar/acid balance. Firm tannins are covered by fruit. Great whiplash of a finish. Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "There are 325 cases of the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Georges III Vineyard. This is an opaque purple wine with notes of incense, charcoal embers, blueberry and blackberry fruit, a touch of subtle background oak and sweet, velvety tannin in a full-bodied, super-rich intense wine that, in short, is utterly delicious! 2013 Quilceda Creek "Palengat Vineyard" Horse Heaven Hills Bordeaux Blend
Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2013 Quilceda Creek "Palengat Vineyard" Horse Heaven Hills Bordeaux Blend (94RP, 93VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "More Merlot dominated in 2013 (they plan to move this back to a more Cabernet Sauvignon dominated blend in the future), the 2013 Palengat Vineyard is another terrific 2013 that makes the most of vintage. Sexy, voluptuous and rounded, with no hard edges, it gives up classic notes of plums, graphite and licorice in its full-bodied, mouth-filling and impossible to resist style. While I’d happily drink a glass (or three) today, it will drink well for another 10-15 years. (JD)" (06/2016)

2012 Larkmead "Solari" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Bid on this bottle of 2012 Larkmead "Solari" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (99RP, 95JS, 95WS, 94VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Solari (100% Cabernet Sauvignon aged 20 months in 70% new French oak) is even better than I thought last year. This spectacular wine boasts notes of white chocolate, hot gravel, crème de cassis, blackberries, licorice and forest floor. A subtle smoky barbecue character is noticeable in the background. This is a thrilling, full-bodied, majestic Cabernet Sauvignon to drink over the next 25-30 years, although its tannic structure suggests cellaring it for 2-5 years will be beneficial. Wine Spectator: "*** Collectibles *** Shows the ripe, opulent power of the vintage, with dark plum, raspberry confiture, hoisin sauce and tar notes that are held back by youthfully stubborn tannins. This huge, full-bodied, masculine, chewy-textured, and backward wine is crammed with ripe black fruits, kirsch, Asian spices, and earth. Of the 2002 Domaine Marc Colin Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru "Les Caillerets", Allen Meadows - Burghound writes: " *Outstanding* This is even more aromatically backward and reserved than the prior wine with stunningly elegant and pure citrus and limestone notes that precede remarkably fresh, impressively precise and pure flavors that have abundant mid-palate sap to buffer the racy finishing acidity. Stylistically, this reminds me of the Les Combes as there is another dimension here with that lovely underlying tension and so much dry extract that it completely coats and stains the palate. Showing more mature notes of truffle, olive, licorice and garrigue as it sat in the glass, it's medium to full-bodied, elegant and balanced, with a great texture and finish. While rich, it is neither as expansive nor as broad compared to the 2000. The 2001 possesses good acidity and delineation in addition to a tight, pinched but impressive finish that lasts for 40-45 seconds. It boasts a saturated black/purple color as well as a glorious nose of over-ripe blackberries, cassis, violets, and vanillin. Unctuously-textured, unbelievably fat and dense, with a texture and richness not dissimilar from some of the profound 1947 Pomerols, this low acid wine is almost over the top, but so rich, concentrated, and pure it should provide head-turning levels of pleasure and joy for 20-25 years. Tasters lulled by the shy aromatics will be floored by this wine’s intense burst of fruit on the palate. Sweet, overripe cherries also make an appearance in this thick, juicy, yet structured, rather powerful Tertre Roteboeuf that is aging more slowly than its more renowned sibling, the 1990. Pliant, explosive and racy, the 1997 bursts on the palate with waves of dark red fruit. The flavors remain pretty primary, so readers who want the full Mayacamas experience will have to give the 1997 further bottle age. That is the bad news. 2007 Lucien & André Brunel "Les Cailloux" Châteauneuf-du-Pape
Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2007 Lucien & André Brunel "Les Cailloux" Châteauneuf-du-Pape (93RP, 92WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Two brilliant successes are Brunel’s cuvees of 2007 Chateauneuf du Pape. The 2007 Les Cailloux Tradition (a blend of 65% Grenache, 20% Mourvedre, 12% Syrah, and 3% other authorized varieties) comes from 60-year-old vines and is aged completely in tank except for the Mourvedre and Syrah components, which are kept in small barrels. Explosively fruity, this dense plum/purple-colored wine displays grilled meat notes intermixed with Provencal herbs, spice box, black cherry and black currant, in addition to having a lush, opulent texture. The finish goes on and on, and the wine is beautifully pure. It can be drunk now or cellared for 12 or more years. " (10/2009)

It is a layered, full-bodied wine with attractive notes of tobacco, sweet red cherries, wild herbs and toasted oak. The wine’s density, persistence and complexity make it one of the better versions in recent memory. Anticipated maturity: 2010-2022. (AG)" (06/2008)

2014 Realm "The Tempest" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend
Bid on this bottle of 2014 Realm "The Tempest" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend. According to Robert Parker: "Realm Cellars boasts an impressive team of highly motivated men and women led by Juan Mercado and winemaker Benoit Touquette. The consulting winemaker is Michel Rolland. Realm accesses some outstanding vineyard sources, particularly those owned by the omnipresent, bigger-than-life force of Napa Valley, Andy Beckstoffer. Fate was not kind to Realm in the beginning with their first vintage, 2003, completely destroyed by a fire in a Vallejo warehouse where it was being stored. But Juan Mercado, a former medic in the first Gulf war, and someone who learned his trade from the likes of Thomas Rivers Brown, Michel Rolland, John Kongsgaard and Les Behrens, stuck with it, and is now producing incredible wines... The heart of the Realm philosophy is to access some of Napa Valley’s finest vineyards and put together either single-vineyard bottlings or creative proprietary blends." (RP, 10/2014)

Highly aromatic nose combines dark fruits, dried herbs, violet and forest floor spices. Explosively sweet and deep, with a spicy core of dark fruit flavors that fans out on the back half to saturate the palate. Finishes with strong but lush tannins and captivating violet lift. Densely packed and vibrant, with layered, seamless flavors of cassis, licorice and minerals. Shows an almost chocolatey ripeness yet retains outstanding verve. Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Made entirely from a clone from the most famous vineyard in Burgundy, the 2014 Cix offers crisp acid, loads of black raspberry, forest floor and blueberry fruit, and tremendous density, richness, and intensity. (It’s interesting to note that these 2014s are all in bottle while the Chardonnays are still in tank awaiting bottling.) This is a wine with great fruit, terrific acids and a long finish. 1975 Stony Hill Napa Valley Pinot Chardonnay
Bid on this bottle of 1975 Stony Hill Napa Valley Pinot Chardonnay (94JG). John Gilman: "Stylistically, the 1975 Stony Hill chardonnay is a bit of an outlier, as the wine has some aromatic elements that are almost Chablis-like in tone. The superb bouquet is a complex mix of green apple, lime, a touch of beeswax, just a whisper of leesiness, dried flowers and a distinctive topnote of candied lemon (which fans of Raveneau Chablis will immediately recognize). On the palate the wine is pure, full-bodied and zesty, with a superb core of fruit, excellent focus and grip, seamless balance and outstanding length on the complex and very classy finish. Just another superb vintage at its apogee. Drink between 2013-2035." (08/2013)

Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2004 Barbaresco Camp Gros Martinenga is a much larger-scaled wine than the Gaiun. This fresh, vibrant Barbaresco explodes from the glass with a gorgeous array of macerated dark cherries, spices, menthol, pine, minerals and toasted oak. The wine reveals superb depth and clarity, with awesome finesse. This is the finest wine I can recall tasting here in many a year. Camp Gros is made from a parcel adjacent to Rabaja. 2004 Chris Ringland F.U. Shiraz
Bid on this bottle of 2004 Chris Ringland F.U. Shiraz (99RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2004 F.U. Shiraz (200 cases) is similarly brooding and liqueur-like. It spent 30 months in new French oak hogsheads and offers a compelling bouquet of toasty oak, pencil lead, mineral, blueberry, and blackberry. Lighter on its feet than The Wine with a more forward personality, it has layers of flavor, savory fruit, and enough silky tannin to evolve for a decade. Drink it from 2014 to 2034. (JM)" (02/2009)

2013 Sanguis "Bossman" Santa Ynez Valley Syrah
Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2013 Sanguis "Bossman" Santa Ynez Valley Syrah (97RP, 90WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The greatest wine made by this estate, the 2013 Syrah Bossman is a flat-out sensational blend of 93% Syrah and 7% Viognier, from Bien Nacido and Watch Hills vineyards, that saw a quarter whole clusters and 23 months in new French oak. Its inky opaque color is followed by killer notes of smoked meats, pepper, olives and assorted dark fruits. This gives way to a full-bodied, perfectly balanced red that has a great mid-palate, seamless integration of its oak, tannin and alcohol, and a complex, layered personality that keeps you coming back to the glass. Hats off to winemaker Matthias Pippig for this beauty! (JD)" (08/2016)

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2002 Robert Mondavi "Reserve" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (93ST, 92WE, 91CG, 91WS). Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar: "(14.5% alcohol; 80% from To-Kalon): Dark medium ruby color. Sexy, dark aromas of cassis, minerals and bitter chocolate. Sweet, plush and deep, conveying an almost syrupy ripeness counterpointed by unexpected acidity. This very generous wine boasts terrific palate presence and appeal, finishing with suave tannins and outstanding length. I liked this wine very much upon its release but it has taken a while to reveal the liqueur-like ripeness that's typical of this vintage." (05/2016)
