Bid on this magnum of 2011 Caymus "Special Selection" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (1.5L) (95RP, 94WS, 93JS, 92ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "A brilliant wine, and one of the stars of the vintage, the 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon Special Selection boasts aromas of blueberry pie, blackberries, cassis and white flowers. This full-bodied, velvety textured, delicious 2011 is already drinking well, and should continue to do so for 10-12 years. It is a terrific success for the vintage. (RP)" (10/2013)

2011 Kosta Browne Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir
Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2011 Kosta Browne Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir (92VN, 90CG, 90ST, 90WS). Vinous: "The 2011 Pinot Noir (Sonoma Coast) has a bit of a darker toned than the Russian River bottling, and also firmer in its tannin. Plum, black cherry, menthol, tobacco and licorice meld together gracefully as the 2011 opens up in the glass. The combination of fruit and structure is compelling. This is a fabulous appellation-level Pinot, due in part to the vineyard blend, which in 2011 includes 40% fruit from Gap's Crown, along with Terra del Promissio and Walala. (AG)" (02/2014)

1999 Mouton-Rothschild, Pauillac
Bid on this bottle of 1999 Mouton-Rothschild, Pauillac (93JS, 93RP, 91WS, 90ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The beautiful 1999 Mouton Rothschild may be a modern day clone of their 1962 or 1985. Its saturated ruby/purple color is followed by sumptuous aromas of cedar wood, creme de cassis, wood smoke, coffee, and dried herbs. The wine is forward, lush, and full-bodied. It is already complex as well as succulent, fleshy, and long. Tannin in the finish suggests more nuances will emerge in 4-5 years. It is a complex, classic Mouton. Anticipated maturity: 2005-2030." Of the 2010 Aubert "Lauren Vineyard" Sonoma Coast Chardonnay,Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "The 2010 Chardonnay Lauren Vineyard brings together all of the elements of the house style. Layers of fruit emerge effortlessly from this textured, totally beautiful Chardonnay. Despite its richness, there is more than enough underlying minerality to buffer the fruit. This is the most nuanced and detailed of the 2010 Chardonnays from Aubert. Dried apricots, flowers and mint are some of the many notes that linger on the finish. Anticipated maturity: 2014-2020. Bid on this magnum of 2010 Saxum "Booker Vineyard" Paso Robles Rhône Blend (1.5L) (98RP, 95VN, 94ST, 94WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2010 Syrah Booker Vineyard - a blend of 81% Syrah and 19% Mourvedre - is about as textbook a representation of a Paso Robles Syrah as I can think of. Locked and loaded with notions of ripe black and blue fruits, smoke, bouquet garni, espresso, and licorice, it is unabashedly full-bodied, rich, and yet elegant on the palate. Showing real class, as well as first-rate freshness, superb depth and concentration, and masses of tannin, this blockbuster Syrah needs a solid 3-4 years of bottle age to flesh out, and will keep for 15-20 years or more. A benchmark estate for California, Saxum, under the helm of superstar winemaker Justin Smith, continues to produce some of the most compelling, profound wines on the planet. While Smith’s wines are always full-flavored and intense, there has been a stylistic change over recent vintages, with the wines showin

2011 Ridge Vineyards "Monte Bello" Santa Cruz Mountains Cabernet Sauvignon
Bid on this bottle of 2011 Ridge Vineyards "Monte Bello" Santa Cruz Mountains Cabernet Sauvignon (96W&S, (93-95RP), 94VN, 93JS). Wine & Spirits: "The cool 2011 season turned out a pristine vintage of Monte Bello, made from Cabernet (88 percent) grown on a limestone-inflected ridge high above Silicon Valley, blended with some Merlot and Cabernet Franc. The team at Ridge let the fruit recover for two weeks following an early October storm before picking, and were more aggressive in their extraction than normal, drawing as much color and structure as possible from the delicate fruit. The aromas revolve around oak at first—anise, wood smoke, cedar bark and cinnamon—but the wood’s contribution is fine and integrated, shading gradually toward bright fruit as the finish lengthens with floral aromas and the tang of tiny, concentrated black currants. It’s even better with a day of air, as the tannins turn to velvet, allowing red-fruited acidity to take the lead and brighten the wine’s savory, p

Bid on this bottle of 2002 Domaine Raveneau Chablis-Blanchot Grand Cru ((93-95RP), 93ST, 93WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Massive quantities of flowers are interspersed with red currants, earth, and apples in the nose of the superb 2002 Chablis Blanchots. Medium to full-boded, it coats the palate with oily waves of liquefied chalk, salt, minerals, and spice. This thick, immensely rich, satin-textured effort has massive depth, purity, and length. Black raspberry, cherry and sassafras on the pungent nose. Fleshy and expansive, offering powerful dark berry and bitter cherry flavors and a note of candied rose. Picks up spiciness with air and closes on a smoky note, with very good thrust and persistence. (ST)" (05/2013)

Of the 2009 Peter Michael "Clos du Ciel" Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir,Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "From the Sonoma Coast vineyard with the most southerly exposure, the 2009 Pinot Noir Clos de Ciel (365 cases) was aged in 50% to 60% new Francois Freres barrels, and underwent a 5 to 7-day cold pre-fermentation maceration. Allen Meadows - Burghound: "Here the presence of the stems is quite noticeable with a green tea and floral character along with spice and red berry fruit nuances. Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 1998 Pride Mountain "Reserve" Napa Valley Claret (93RP, 92ST, 90WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The opaque purple-colored 1998 Reserve Claret (a blend of 60% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 5% Petit Verdot) reveals red and black fruit scents intermixed with vanilla, underbrush, and mocha/coffee. It is long and opulently-textured, with low acidity, fabulous fruit, a succulent, expansive mid-palate, and a blockbuster, long finish. This is compelling stuff... Creme de cassis, blackberry, smoked earth, toasted spice and violets emerge from the glass, and it flows onto the palate with full-bodied richness, beautiful purity of fruit and brilliant length. Picked ripe, but with no sense of pruniness or hotness, this massive, full-bodied, unctuously-textured Pinot Noir is fabulously concentrated as well as beautifully balanced. 2011 Sine Qua Non "The Moment" White Blend
Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2011 Sine Qua Non "The Moment" White Blend (95RP, 94VN, 93ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Starting off the tasting and a prodigious, unctuous white, the 2011 The Moment checks in as a blend of 57% Roussanne, 19% Petit Manseng, 17% Chardonnay and 7% Viognier that spent 16 months in a combination of concrete, new and used barrels, and stainless steel. Offering up notions of marzipan, citrus oil flowers, marmalade and spiced apricots, it flows onto the palate with full-bodied richness and depth that-s balanced by beautiful underlying freshness and clarity. While I would lean towards drinking bottles over the coming 2-3 years, these can absolutely age, and have upwards of 10-15+ years of longevity. Drink now-2017+. (JD)" (08/2013)

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2010 Domaine Robert Chevillon Nuits-St-Georges 1er Cru "Les Vaucrains" ((94-96RP), 94BH, 94ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: " The 2010 Nuits St. Georges Les Vaucrains is one of the more delicate wines next to some of the other 2010s. It shows gorgeous fleshiness in its layers of dark red fruit, spices and flowers. The Vaucrains is all about textural elegance and volume. The sensual finish makes this very hard to spit. Today the Vaucrains comes across as silkier and more finessed than the St. Georges, suggesting it may come around a bit earlier. That may also just be wishful thinking on my part. We will see. Inky purple in color, with notes of graphite, camphor, blackberry, spring flowers, and a hint of forest floor, this full-bodied, broodingly backward, yet dense, pure, impressively made wine has terrific length, purity, and overall personality. Bid on this bottle of 2002 Colgin "Cariad" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (99RP, 97VN, 95WS, 94ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Probably the least evolved, although certainly accessible, stunningly complex, and just a point short of pure perfection is the 2002 Cariad. It is a blend of 58% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Merlot and the rest Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, all purchased fruit from the David Abreu-owned and managed vineyards of Madrona Ranch in St. Helena and Thorevilos, behind the Meadowood Resort. Strikingly dark plum/purple in color, with notes of white chocolate, barbecue smoke, graphite, blueberry and blackberry liqueur as well as espresso roast, this is a tremendously complex blend that hits the palate with full-bodied opulence, terrific richness and intensity, and wonderfully silky tannins. Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2007 Domaine Vincent Dauvissat Chablis 1er Cru "La Forest" (95RP, 93ST, 92BH). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The Dauvissat 2007 Chablis La Forest (the “s” and “t” being reversed from the usual spelling at this address) is gloriously buoyant, open-knit, and generously perfumed, while at the same time possessed of vivid crushed stone and chalk dust all the way through. Suggestions of white truffle and iris waft ethereally throughout, while subtle suggestions of toasted nuts, iodine, clam liquor, and fruit pit add underlying, persistent piquancy. And for all of this wine’s energized and rarified nature, as well as its overt mineral character, it also evinces a subtle and winsome hint of creaminess. This is about as nuanced and rivetingly multi-faceted as premier cru Chablis gets, and it even tasted this way right off the bottling line! It is a fabulous example of Togni’s visionary winemaking style. This inky/ruby/purple-tinged wine still tastes like a young adolescent. The extraordinary aromatics offer up scents of smoke, spices, sweet blackberries and cassis, saddle leather, and pain grille. 1989 Grand-Puy-Lacoste, Pauillac
Bid on this bottle of 1989 Grand-Puy-Lacoste, Pauillac (95WS). Wine Spectator: "I absolutely love the nose on this wine, with amazing aromas of currant, tar, spices and berries that jump out of the glass. Loads of flowers, too. So complex. Delivers a full-bodied palate, with racy tannins and lots of flavor, from tar to spices to leather. A little tight, and so enjoyable now, but better in a few years still. (Web Only—2010) "

1990 Domaine de Chevalier Rouge, Pessac-Léognan
Bid on this bottle of 1990 Domaine de Chevalier Rouge, Pessac-Léognan (94RP, 93ST, 93WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Tasted from a magnum purchased on release, the 1990 Domaine de Chevalier is a magnificent Pessac-Léognan, one that I was gobsmacked to find that I have never tasted before! It has one of those entrancing, tertiary, smoke and mushroom scented bouquets, secondary aromas that are beautifully defined and exude the essence of Pessac-Léognan. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins, still plenty of black dusky fruit infused with pencil lead, tobacco and dried herbs such as rosemary and sage. The balance is delectable and it fans out beautifully on the finish. This is one of those wines that attest the greatness of Domaine de Chevalier, notwithstanding its longevity in great vintages. Tasted June 2015. (NM)" (08/2015)

Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Readers looking for a modern day version of Latour's magnificent 1962 or 1971 should check out the sensational 1999 Latour. It is a big, concentrated offering, exhibiting a dense ruby/purple color, and a classic nose of minerals, black currants, leather, and vanilla. The wine is long, ripe, and medium-bodied, with high levels of sweet tannin. (RP)" (04/2002)

1990 Montrose, St-Estèphe
Bid on this bottle of 1990 Montrose, St-Estèphe (100RP, 95ST, 94WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The final blend of 64% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Merlot and 4% Cabernet Franc was harvested between September 14 and October 3. The spring was cold, yet summer was extremely hot and dry – one of the hottest vintages since 1949. The fact that virtually no rain fell in September served as a catalyst to get all the grapes ripe and in cellars....This wine has an incredibly complex nose of spring flowers, blackberry and cassis liqueur, scorched earth and barbecue spice. It is full-bodied, majestic and opulent, with low acidity and fabulous fruit. It is close to full maturity. The wine should continue to drink well for at least another 30 or more years, but it is showing secondary nuances in the perfume. The wine is absolutely magnificent, broad, savory and mouth-filling. This is one of the all-time modern legends from Bordeaux as well as Chateau Montrose." (08/2014)

Bid on this bottle of 1997 Margaux, Margaux (91ST, 90RP, 90WS). Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar: "Medium red-ruby. Confectionary aromas of raspberry, cocoa powder, mocha and sexy oak; more evolved than either the '99 or '98, even considering its extra year of age. Fat, sweet and harmonious; offers lovely balance... Finishes with firm but very suave tannins; this must be one of the longest '97s." (06/2000)

2013 Horsepower "The Tribe Vineyard" Walla Walla Valley Syrah
Bid on this bottle of 2013 Horsepower "The Tribe Vineyard" Walla Walla Valley Syrah (96RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "More straight and focused than the Sur Echalas Vineyard, the 2013 Syrah The Tribe Vineyard is slightly darker in color, with lots of gunpowder, blackberry, blueberry, smoked game and beef blood aromas and flavors. Full-bodied, yet elegant and silky, with a great finish, it's a gorgeously complex, balanced and complete Syrah that has lots of Rocks character, as well as 15 years of more of longevity. I have a slight preference for the Sur Echalas Vineyard Syrah, but these share lots of similarities and are both brilliant wines. (JD)" (06/2015)

Wine Spectator: " *Collectibles and #8 in Top 100 Wines of 2008* Really dense and locked up now, this is packed with dark fig, currant and blackberry fruit shrouded by layers of tar, hot stone, bittersweet licorice and espresso. The long, dense finish has a great tug of iron buried within it. Best from 2011 through 2030. (JM)" (04/2008)

1999 Domaine Tempier "Cuvée Speciale" Bandol
Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 1999 Domaine Tempier "Cuvée Speciale" Bandol . Famed importer Kermit Lynch said of Tempier: "Of all of the domaines we represent, no other serves more as our cornerstone, stands more in the defense of terroir, and is more intricately interwoven with our own history, than that of the iconic Peyraud family of Domaine Tempier... Lucien (Peyraud) will forever be celebrated as the Godfather of Bandol, but also as the man who revived Mourvèdre to its former glory. Raising deep and structured wines of such refinement and longevity has made Domaine Tempier truly a grand cru de Provence." Wine Spectator: " *#5 on Top 100 of 2008, Highly Recommended* This is dense and chewy, but not tiring to drink, thanks to fresh acidity and an edgy, gravelly feel that drives the blackberry, currant and sweet spice notes. 2013 Arnot Roberts Cabernet Sauvignon Montecillo Vineyard
Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2013 Arnot Roberts Cabernet Sauvignon Montecillo Vineyard (97VN). Vinous: "One of the highlights in this range, the 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Montecillo Vineyard is utterly magnificent. Deep, pliant and explosive, the Montecillo shows just how magical this vintage is for Cabernet Sauvignon. The 2013 boasts striking inner sweetness, power and richness, all in a super-classic style built for cellaring. Lavender, plums, gravel, smoke, sage, graphite, licorice, inky fruit and dark spices add the closing shades of nuance. This dark, masculine Cabernet Sauvignon is going to need time, but it is an absolute jewel of a wine. Montecillo, which is on of the Sonoma side of Mount Veeder, has emerged in recent years as a top Cabernet Sauvignon site as a new generation of young producers are showing just what is capable here. The Arnot-Roberts 2013 Cabernets were all done with 30% whole clusters and aged in 30% new oak. (AG)" (02/2016)

Of the 2013 Reynvaan "The Contender" Walla Walla Valley Syrah,Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "Blended with 3% Marsanne, the 2013 Syrah The Contender is still aging in 35% new French oak, some of which are larger puncheons. Showing the purity and focus of the vintage, it gives up lots of cassis, black raspberry, licorice and some meatiness to go with a full-bodied, elegant and fabulously textured feel on the palate. I'm not sure it matches the awesome 2012, but it's no lightweight and will certainly impress on release and over the following decade. (JD)" (06/2015)

Vinous: "The 2013 Pinot Noir Wayfarer Vineyard is supple, expressive and exceptionally beautiful. Plump red cherries, plums, cinnamon and rose petals meld together in a racy, effortless Pinot built on texture and nuance. Beams of acidity and minerality give the 2013 much of its energy and delineation. This is a great introduction to the wines of the property. 2005 Abreu "Thorevilos" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2005 Abreu "Thorevilos" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (100RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Although it’s not entitled to any specific AVA, the 2005 Proprietary Red Thorevilos is largely two-thirds Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest Cabernet Franc with some Petit Verdot and a touch of Merlot. Extraordinary aromatics consisting of blueberry liqueur, white flowers, licorice, spice and incense are all present in this profound, multi-layered, full-bodied wine with remarkable purity and precision. It is multidimensional, staggeringly rich and complex, and has at least another 20-30 years. Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Black fruits are interspersed with licorice and earth in the nose of the medium to full-bodied 2002 Chambertin Clos de Beze. This concentrated, deep, noble wine is crammed with perfectly ripe fruit and tannin. Loads of blackberries, licorice, plums, black cherries, stones, and flowers can be discerned in its complex flavor profile. Its finish, described in my notes as 'completely unreal,' is exceedingly long, fruit-filled, and suave. If stored in a cold cellar, this wine would be an ideal selection for serving to a 2002 baby on his or her 21st birthday. (PR)" (06/2004)

Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 1988 Cote Rotie is a spectacularly rich, concentrated wine with superb depth and intensity. Still very backward, this murky, dark ruby-colored wine displays a huge nose of cassis, minerals, licorice, earth, and flowers. In the mouth there is astonishing concentration, terrific flavor delineation, medium to full body, plenty of tannin, and a long, spicy, tightly knit finish.
