2012 Larkmead "LMV Salon" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend
Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2012 Larkmead "LMV Salon" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (94RP, 94VN, 93WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The fabulous 2012 Proprietary Red LMV Salon is a 1,090-case blend of 67% Cabernet Sauvignon and 33% Cabernet Franc. It reveals a refined nose of mulberries, blueberries, raspberries, spring flowers and forest floor. A dense, ripe, opulent, medium to full-bodied 2012, I rated it slightly lower than last year from barrel because it seems somewhat closed. Give it another 3-4 years of cellaring and drink it over the following 15+ years. (RP)" (10/2014)

2003 Glaetzer "Amon-Ra" Shiraz Barossa Valley South Australia
Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2003 Glaetzer "Amon-Ra" Shiraz Barossa Valley South Australia (97JD, 93RP, 93WS). Jeb Dunnuck: "The 2003 Glaetzer Shiraz Amon-Ra Barossa Valley is very similar to the 2002 but slightly more closed at this point with less obvious oak. Beautiful clean dark fruit, tar, spice and subtle toasty oak make up the bulk of the nose. Full bodied and silky smooth on the palate with a gorgeous texture. A wow palate that just got better and better with air and the last sip of this was the best. Amazing stuff." (07/2006)

2012 Saxum "Paderewski Vineyard" Paso Robles Red Blend
Bid on this bottle of 2012 Saxum "Paderewski Vineyard" Paso Robles Red Blend (96RP, 93WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Surprisingly tannic and structured for a wine that’s normally the most approachable and sexy, the 2012 Paderewski Vineyard checks in as a blend of 45% Zinfandel, 36% Mourvedre, 12% Tempranillo and 7% Petite Sirah. It possesses the classic chalky minerality of the vineyard to go with exotic perfumed notes of black raspberry, plums, brambly underbrush and assorted background meatiness. This all flows to a full-bodied, elegant and polished wine that has solid mid-palate depth and chewy, firm tannin on the finish. Give this a year or more in the cellar and enjoy bottles through 2024. Of the 2011 Myriad "Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (1.5L),Vinous writes: "The 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard is super-impressive. Pliant and generous on the palate, the 2011 offers notable depth, no hard edges and fabulous purity of fruit, all extremely rare at this level in 2011, a cold, late-ripening vintage. Then again, Dr. Crane, a valley site in St. Helena, is one of Napa Valley's top vineyards. Sweet red plum, rose petal, spice and mint wrap around the open-knit finish. (AG)" (08/2015)

2008 Stonyridge Vineyard "Larose," Waiheke, New Zealand
Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2008 Stonyridge Vineyard "Larose," Waiheke, New Zealand (93RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "A Bordeaux blend of predominately Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2008 Larose displays a medium to deep garnet color and lovely mature notes of prunes, kirsch and red currant jelly with nuances of sandalwood, leather and aged meat. Tons of fruit flavor remains on the palate lifted by lively acid and framed by firm tannins, finishing with great length. (LPB)" (01/2015)

2005 Greenock Creek "Seven Acre" Shiraz Barossa Valley
Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2005 Greenock Creek "Seven Acre" Shiraz Barossa Valley (96RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The Seven Acres Shiraz was also aged for 28 months in seasoned American oak hogsheads. Tar, mineral, earth notes, smoked meat, and blueberry scents jump from the glass of this full-bodied but restrained (relatively speaking) Shiraz. On the palate it is a bit more austere than its siblings with a bit more structure and apparent acidity. As a result, it will require longer cellaring and should offer prime drinking from 2015 to 2030. Greenock Creek Vineyard & Cellars, owned by Michael and Annabelle Waugh, remains one of South Australia’s iconic wineries. Start with a great terroir, add in old vine material and meticulous winemaking, and end with extraordinary results. (JM)" (02/2009)

2002 Kistler "Cuvée Elizabeth" Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir
Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2002 Kistler "Cuvée Elizabeth" Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir (95RP, 92WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Kistler’s daughter gets her name on the 250-case lot of 2002 Pinot Noir Occidental Vineyard Cuvee Elizabeth. This wine is spectacular, and while I don’t like to choose between daughters, it gets a slight nod over the Cuvee Catherine because it just seems to have a few more layers of flavor crammed into its medium to full-bodied personality. Wonderfully floral, raspberry, and kirsch notes emerge from this wine, which also shows a touch of toast, some crushed stony, rocky notes, and beautiful texture and vibrant acidity. I wouldn’t be surprised to see this wine age effortlessly for 10-15 years. It is certainly a terrific Pinot Noir which, as I said last year, comes across as California’s Musigny. (RP)" (02/2005)

2005 Long Shadows "Sequel" Columbia Valley Syrah
Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2005 Long Shadows "Sequel" Columbia Valley Syrah (92ST, 91CG, 91WE, 91WS, 90RP). Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar: "Bright ruby-red. Wild berries and flowers on the nose, showing little of syrah's animal side. Dense, pure and intensely flavored, with superb retention of primary fruits. Like most of these 2005s, this is tight and backward today but very fresh, and in need of patience. Finishes with notes of wild herbs and pepper and building tannins. A worthy follow-up to the superb 2004 version. 92+ points" (11/2008)

Of the 2005 Miura "Gary's Vineyard" Santa Lucia Highlands Pinot Noir,Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "This is and outstanding effort. I give a slight nod to the deep ruby/purple-hued 2005 Pinot Noir Garys’ Vineyard. It reveals notes of incense, black cherries, blackberries, and smoke, medium to full body, fabulous fruit, good opulence and depth as well as considerable structure. 91+ (RP) " (08/2007)

Of the 2006 Pax "Alder Springs Vineyard - The Terraces" Mendocino County Syrah,Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "The beautiful 2006 Syrah Alder Springs The Terraces is blend of 97% Syrah co-fermented with 3% Viognier. Explosive aromas of blueberries, black raspberries, cassis, camphor, and flowers are followed by a dense, full-bodied, gorgeously layered fruit bomb with surprising complexity, minerality, and laser-like focus. 2014 Aubert "Hudson Vineyard" Carneros Chardonnay
Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2014 Aubert "Hudson Vineyard" Carneros Chardonnay (96VN, 95JS, 95RP). Vinous: "A wine of depth, creaminess and intensity, the 2014 boasts superb richness and depth. Ginger, orange blossom and candied lemon are some of the signatures, but above all else, the Hudson is a wine of vertical intensity and power. The wine gets better and better with time in the glass. Mark Aubert's Hudson Chardonnay comes from the parcel that David Ramey used to get, in what is considered the heart of the vineyard. (AG)" (02/2016)
