70% Roditis 30% Moschofilero - Roditis is cultivated in the mountainous Argolida area in rocky clay soil. Moschofilero is cultivated in sandy soils within the Appellation region of Mantinia. - Fermented in stainless steel vats. Short skin contact, no malolactic fermentation and short ageing over fine lees. Fresh, crisp acidity, lively, aromatic.months and 6 months in bottle. Extract and understated power, together with finesse and complexity of texture on the palate. The color is bright white yellow, with green hues. The nose is complicated and the wine smells fresh flowers, hints of squashed blossoms and fruit aromas such as avocado. A relaxed pace and luxurious texture gives flavors of orange and lemon blossom and touches of jasmine and mint. In the aftertaste the acidity travels across the palate for a clean extended finish.
