A rather unusual selection from Fleury, this is a
blend of 1/3 each Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc. Yes, you heard that right, Pinot Blanc!
There are still a few spots in the Aube where it is grown. This is completely barrel-fermented for a nice
bit of toast and minerality on the nose, making it rich, tart and elegant at the same time. Lemon tart
and crème brûlée on the nose. Apples, lemons, peach preserves and caramel on the palate. Although a
rich style, it still comes off light as a feather, and before you know it your glass is empty.
