SKU #237026 91 points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate

The NV Franciacorta Cuvée Prestige Brut offers a sophisticated and stylish presentation with exotic fruit, baked bread, peach cobbler and Golden Delicious apple. This pretty Cuvée (made with 75% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Bianco and 15% Pinot Nero) offers a great sense of richness and creaminess that adds to the fine and silky nature of the perlage. It has the natural acidity and bright freshness to pair with raw seafood. (ML) (9/2015)

90 points Decanter

Bright and lively, with a lovely stream of tiny bubbles and rich stone fruit and floral flavours. (ID) (8/2015)

90 points James Suckling

Aromas of lemon curd, cream and pears follow through to a full body with a fine texture and a fruity finish. A fruity style of sparkling wine, but nicely done. Disgorged in 2013. (3/2015)

Jancis Robinson

Immediate, appealing yellow fruit and bread-crust nose. Fine bead and slow to emerge lemon fruit. Very competently made. Long, fragrant and at the drier side of the spectrum. Drink 2013-2016. (8/2013)

Wine Enthusiast

This golden-hued sparkler opens with aromas of yellow orchard fruit, citrus and a whiff of bread crust that carry over to the crisp palate along with a nutty note. A firm, persistent perlage offsets the ripe fruit flavors. (KO) (12/2015)

Wine Spectator

Fresh and open-knit, this is light-weight and airy in texture, offering a crowd-pleasing mix of floral apricot, mandarin orange, candied ginger and toasted brioche. Creamy. (AN) (4/2016)

K&L Notes

Carefully selected grapes (Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir) result in a fresh, very fragrant product with a wide range of aromas. It also has a firm structure, rich attractive mousse and persistence. With an intense aroma, very refined and enduring, which brings to mind lime blossom underlined by apple and peach. The flavor is elegant, soft, and delicate with acidity is in perfect balance and a note of ripe fruit driving into the finish.
