Bright and focused, this showcases the terroir or Pouilly Fuisse. It is sourced from vineyards in Solutre and shows good acidity, a thread of minerality, and the richness of the beautiful 2010 vintage. Winemaker Christophe Vial's deep Burgundian roots allowed him to identify unique and distinctive parcels from which he sources fruit for his Evening Land Vineyards' wines. He works closely with the grape growers, consulting on when to harvest, for optimal fruit. - The province of eastern France, famous for its red wines produced from Pinot Noir and its whites produced from Chardonnay.
