From the more sprightly and charming 2011 vintage comes Le Rouge! And although its got a healthy dollop of mourvedre in the mix, this country red maintains just a touch of earthiness and character. I love pairing this with a simple roast chicken or slow cooked pork tenderloin on a cool fall evening.
