2006 Scacciadiavoli Sagrantino di Montefalco

SKU #1121982 90 points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate

The 2006 Montefalco Sagrantino is a very pretty, refined Sagrantino. The dark fruit is center stage, while some of the more varietal notes of Sagrantino remain in the background. Still, this subdued, sleek Sagrantino offers lovely balance and class. It is also one of the more approachable Sagrantinos readers are likely to come across. Anticipated maturity: 2010-2016. (6/2010)
