The "Zuani" blends Friulano, the Colliio's indigenous varietal, with Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Pinot Grigio from marl and sandstone soils. Fermented in new French oak barrels with daily (then weekly) battonage. This is a spicy, citrusy wine with layers of fruit and a creamy minerality.
