Glen Carlou is known for their Chardonnay bottling which is among the most consistant and best values available at the price point. It was fermented in 30% new French oak where it aged for an additional 10 months. A bright yellow-green hue hints at the nose of citrus and green apples with a trace of oak. The generous palate has a soft texture with stone fruit and citrus underpinned by vanilla. The clean and crunchy finish ends with a hint of meyer lemon.
