Germain Gilabert Cava Brut Rosado

SKU #1090006

A blend of Trepat and Garnacha, with ten months ageing on the lees, this delicious rosé sparkler manages to achieve what so few rosé cavas accomplish: a balanced, tasty, bright and focused drink. For the money, this is far and away the tastiest rosé cava I have encountered in quite some time. (Joe Manekin, K&L Spanish Wine Buyer)

This delicious rose Cava is bursting with flavor and fun. It's lively, fresh, and fruity - chock full of juicy raspberry and strawberry aromas and flavors - with a tongue-tingling, frothy mousse and a dry, crisp finish (due to zero added dosage). This is the ultimate picnic or party rose, with genuine food and palate-friendly appeal. Made totally naturally from organically farmed vineyards in the Penedes and vinified according to the traditional method, you can check your cava headache fears at the door and join the party knowing that there is nothing but good times in this bottle!

Other Red Wines

- With more land under vine than any other country in the world, Spain is the great sleeping wine giant. In recent years, a great deal of money and passion has been poured in the burgeoning Spanish wine industry, helping to improve quality among its vast array of wines from sparkling Cava to Sherry to Rioja Gran Reserva. The most important red-wine-producing regions are Rioja, Ribera del Duero and Navarra in the north and Priorat and Penedes in the northeast.
