Recommended as one of the great Verdicchios by Cucina Italiana (August 2009). Floral, vanilla, savory, apricot, and herbs with a long, mineral finish. Pairs excellently with white meats, ripe cheeses, strong pasta dishes, and elaborate fish plates.
