Move over Lambrusco; here comes Gragnano! They call this Pizza-cola in Naples, and it's what the locals drink with their pizza. It is a frizzante (slightly bubbly) blend of Aglianico, Piedirosso, and Sciasinasso made on the Sorrento peninsula. Attilio Pagli and Federico Curtaz are the extraordinarily talented and famous consulting enologists for this fun, simple and decidedly delicious wine. I absolutely love this wine.
