This stunning Rosé is made on the slopes of Sicily’s Mount Etna from two grapes you’ve most likely never heard of Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio. These Etna grapes and their unique place produce a wine that seems to be part Burgundy and part Nebbiolo, aromatic, with an ethereal suppleness that is enthralling laced with minerality and a superb balance that add up to the best Rosé I’ve had in a long, long time. This wine is an extremely versatile instrument in food pairing, while it is Rosé it drinks more important, has a feel of depth and richness on the palate while being elegant it bursts with fruit perfume rather than fruit aromas and has a long and stimulating finish! Salmon, Pasta Primavera, spit roasted Chicken, Asian stir fry or just to drink.
