De Chanceny Cremant de Loire Brut

SKU #1049393

A pale yellow wine with tiny bubbles, this Cremant de Loire Brut is rounded and delicate with a fine, nervy, complex nose and the freshness of Chenin Blanc, floral Chardonnay and fruity Cabernet Franc from 20- to 30-year-old vines. Lively attack, it evolves gracefully across the palate with nice aromatic persistence in the mouth and lingering notes of fresh peaches and pear.

This well priced sparkler basically drinks like a soft, elegant bottle of Champagne. With tiny bubbles and a delicate bead, this is complex, fresh and floral. As this graceful wine opens up the finish becomes more gentle and rounded with delicate peach, pear and a hint of limestone minerality.

A perfect sparkler for year-round celebrating! Direct from the Loire Valley, this sparkling Cremant is full of dense but delicate bubbles, with fresh crispness but also luscious creaminess on the mid palate that lends itself to a very satisfying sip. At this price I'm drinking it morning, noon and night!

This little bubbler has all that you could ask for in an inexpensive sparkling wine. Round and delicate with tiny bubbles that tickle your nose. The addition of Cab Franc adds some wonderful fruitiness.

Aromas of minerals, lemon, a little leesey richness, with some cream and nuttiness underneath. The mousse is rich and mouth-filling, with tangy lemon-lime flavors and a mineral-driven finish marked by a burst of fruit. This would be a wonderful choice for a wedding "bubbly" since it is very light and fresh, and will nicely off-set the sweet flavors of cake. I would also enjoy this as an apertif any time, as citrusy flavors, tangy minerality, and bubbles are often what I crave after a long day!
