Sparkling wine from the South of France has never tasted so good! With bright and balanced citrus fruits followed by honeysuckle and toast, this one is a definite crowd pleaser. This sparkling gem is lighter in body than Champagne but has all the qualities that we love in sparkling wine at an unbelievably low cost. I'm so excited for the holidays this year because everyone will be falling in love with this quality blend of Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and mauzac. Pair with strawberries and dark chocolate fondue.

This is a great Summer sparkler made in the Champagne method but with a healthy dose of Chenin Blanc for a more fruity and fun, but less serious personality. Every time I serve this to anyone they love it and assume it costs much more than 14 bucks. This has mounds of creamy, toasty, citrus fruit and honey without any of the bitterness associated with the under-ripe fruit so often used in "cheap" sparkling wine. This well made amazing value is easy on the palate and the wallet.

If you're looking for a great inexpensive sparkling wine look no further. This is a blend of Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and Mauzac. It's dry and crisp but has a wonderful Champagne-esque backbone with a toasty, honeyed finish.
