Great everyday bubbles. Elegant with good fruit and toasty notes. Ideal party wine or for when you just need some fizzy booze!

If you're looking for a great inexpensive sparkling wine look no further. This is a blend of Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and Mauzac. It's dry and crisp but has a wonderful champagne-esk backbone with a toasty, honeyed finish.
