Bright, seductive, sophisticated, this sensational dry sparkling rosé cuveé will enliven your festive holiday soireés with colorful merriment and clever panache. Sourced from select fruit cultivated in Tasmania and Victoria, South Australia, the Taltarni is artfully blended from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, bottle-fermented and matured on yeast lees in the traditional manner. The lovely color is a result of the rather obscure 'taché' method, in which a small dosage of cabernet sauvignon is added to give a beautiful blush to the final blend. Brimming with mousse-like bubbles, this crisp sparkler captivates the nose with aromas of roses, red currants, fresh strawberries and rusk, the perfect bubbly to both host a crowd and toast aloud! Seriously satisfying stuff.
