Charbay II Whiskey (750ml)

SKU #1004469

Very rare, only 24 barrels were distilled and it is constantly evolving in the casks! This is the second release of Charbay's Whiskey dislilled from Pilsner, which leaves its impression on the spirit from start to finish - spice, hops and barley - all in balance. 93 points Wine Enthusiast: "This whiskey reads like a cross between Bourbon and a fine Cognac, delivering rich aromas of caramel, espresso and creme brulee. Although initially brisk and spicy, the flavor fades to a long burnt-toffee finish and bracing bite. Feels warm and soft on the tongue." (03/11)
