Customer Reviews - ElRemaro

Grew up working in vineyards of California's San Joaquin Valley in the 1950s. Began drinking wine at home at young age. Took mail order wine tasting class about 1970. I go to a wine tasting almost every week and drink wine almost every day. My ability to distinguish wines is not what it once was. I have traveled and tasted wines from Mexico to Washington state, and in Chile and Spain.

My wife and I opened a bottle of this wine yesterday and finished it tonight. We liked it very much. We enjoyed it as much tonight as yesterday, and left it out at room temperature, probably about 60 degrees F. as we keep our house cool in the winter. The price tag on the bottle said we paid $5.91 for it. It has probably been in our wine storage closet for several years. This closet is definitely not a wine cellar. The temperature gets over 70 degrees in the summer, but this bottle of wine held up well. I am tempted to get another bottle to see if it is still this good next year.
