This wine's smoky aromas of vanillia oak and sweet spice balance the lush white peach and citrus aromas. The white peach and citrus notes and the subtle minerality of the finish are to be respected and even shown off, enhanced by fullness on the palate and length of finish. With good weight, a full mouthfeel and superb flavor, the 2004 "Paragon" is an excellent complement to a wide range of foods.
