According to David Schildknecht writing for the International Wine Cellar: "Lemon, green herbs and roasted peanut aromas. Citrus, peanut and a slight suggestion of peach in the mouth. Very bright and polished, leading to a long, variegated finish. A bottle that had been gassed but opened and closed several times over a three-day period displayed a yet more invigoratingly salty mineral expression and purer peach fruit character. I may well be conservative in giving this only 1 star."
