Tasting age: 20 years old The color is a deeper, brilliant, golden yellow. Pierre Ferrand Réserve has a lovely vanilla bouquet, with overtones of dried roses and apricot jam. It also has hints of walnuts, cinnamon, and liquorice. It is full-bodied and rich on the palate, with an excellent balance. The aromas initially identified on the bouquet develop gradually on the palate, and persist for 3 - 4 minutes. A unique Grande Champagne Cognac.
