Fleury "Carte Rouge" Blanc de Noirs Brut Champagne
Review Date: 11-30-2011
Fleury is one of K&L staff members favorite Champagne producers hands down. His wines are all of absolute top notch quality. This bottle is full of crisp cherry on the nose and weighty palate. The finish is quite dry yet lingers until the next sip. Fantastic.
Deligeroy Cremant de Loire Brut

This is a fresh, mineral and citus noted, delightfully refreshing french sparkling wine without the big price tag. Stock up for your holiday parties!
Franck Bonville Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Champagne
Review Date: 6-30-2011
This is another outstanding, easy to like champagne from Bonville. 100% estate chardonnay from three vintages, this bottle intertwines clean citrus and crisp apple with solid, chalky minerality to create some seriously great bubbles. Refreshing alone on a warm summer day or paired with some of your favorite seafood appetizers, this champagne is sure to please.
Henney's Frome Valley Dry Cider, England 500ml
Review Date: 4-30-2011
This easy drinking cider is back; time to load up! Always a staff favorite, this bright, crisp and refreshing cider is a crowd pleaser (even though it is on the drier side) and a fantastic warm weather sipper. Works great as an alternative to beer or white wine as well.
Ariston Aspasie Blanc de Blancs Brut Champagne
Review Date: 2-27-2011
Crisp and clean with light fruit on the palate, this Ariston Blanc de Blanc is a real crowd pleaser! Apple nose and a creamy body balanced with a solid mineral mid palate makes for a slightly more complex blanc de blanc thats affordable. Grab a couple bottles for your next occcasion!
Haandbryggeriet "Haandbakk" Wild Ale, Norway 500ml
Review Date: 12-31-2010
I love this sour beer! Tart, vinegar-esq, funky aroma on this dark brow sour. Solid, not over the top acidity joins the tart cherry /slight strawberry flavors on the palate with just enough carbonation to go down smoothly. A great sour to start off with and my favorite for the $$.
Brouwerij De Ranke "Cuvee de Ranke" Belgium (750ml)
Review Date: 11-1-2010
Tons of sour funk aromas upon opening and pouring. Tart fruit on the palate with a bitter, almost hoppy finish. Fantastic beer, easy drinking and refreshing!
