Easily the best wine to come out of Moulis, Poujeaux has a very distinctive style. Black licorice and black cherry, with hints of herbs. This wine also has layers of fruit and a nice, long finish.

2011 La Lagune, Haut-Médoc Pre-Arrival
Review Date: 5-17-2012
Caroline Frey is an amazing and beautiful woman who seems to effortlessly juggle being a new mom and making great wine. Tons of black licorice, dark black fruits and a subtle hint of chocolate, with a full, rich body that doesn't seem too heavy or tannic.

2010 Robert Mondavi "To Kalon Vineyard - Monastery Block" Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon Pre-Arrival
Review Date: 3-28-2012
I was lucky enough to taste this wine 3 separate times during our 3 day stint in Napa valley during Premiere week and on each occasion my initial thought was this could easily pass for a 2nd growth Bordeaux and quite possibly a first-growth. Having been to Bordeaux on numerous trips to taste En Primeur Bordeaux I can safely say the quality we encountered in the 2010 Mondavi To-Kalon Vineyard Monastery Block led us to make sure we won this lot at auction. Gorgeous fruit, great structure and fine integrated tannins-this wine has it all and then some. This is your opportunity to own something truly exclusive as only a few barrels of this wine were produced. Don't miss out to own something truly unique and exclusive.

2009 Columbia Crest "Two Vines" Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Review Date: 7-1-2011
Case-worthy! That was the first thing that came into my mind upon tasting this wine. I had just found the "holy grail" of the wine business - a great everyday red wine that offers pretty fruit, good body, complexity and subtle oak notes without being too sweet or too oaky. The 2009 Columbia Crest "Two Vines" Cabernet Sauvignon is a great wine to buy by the case and enjoy as your new go-to, daily drinking, house red.
Top Value!

Beautiful, with gorgeous red fruits. Elegant, complex and precise. This wine feels like a fine red Burgundy in the way it expresses its bright red fruit.

2010 Calon-Ségur, St-Estèphe Pre-Arrival
Review Date: 5-16-2011
A must buy! Always one of my favorite properties because it always over-delivers for the price. Tons of pretty, crunchy, high-toned red fruit, sandalwood spice and minerals.
Price: $119.99

Very restrained and closed right now on the nose, but showing darker fruits on the palate.

2010 Latour, Pauillac Pre-Arrival

Wow! This wine is packed with black raspberries and black walnuts and tons of structure. Truly an “iron fist in a velvet glove.” Will rival legendary Latours of the past.
