Pale straw yellow color with lot of bubbles, and floral, stone fruit, citrus and slight sweet yeast aromas. On the palate, it has a surprisingly explosive mousse, and approached medium-bodied with stone fruit, citrus, and toasted nut flavors. Medium finish. 11.5% alcohol. Zero dosage. A great value!

Very light straw color with a good amount of bubbles that persisted longer than most Proseccos with fruity stone fruit and flora aromas. On the palate it's light bodied, with a surprisingly soft mousse. It's crisp and dry while maintaining some nice fruit flavors of white peach, nuanced apricot, and apples. Short finish. Beautiful burnt umber color with aromatic complex aromas of toffee, caramel, hazelnuts, and sea air. Only slightly oxidative aroma. Blend of Syrah(55%), Grenache(30%), and Cabernet Sauvignon(15%). Deep opaque violet color with black cherry, pepper, licorice and oak aromas. I popped and poured. I recommend decanting. On the palate medium bodied with firm tannins on the back end, nice acidity,and complexity with black cherry, vanilla, and mineral flavors. Medium+ finish. Drinking nicely now...
