If robust and memorable are characteristics you seek, this is the one for you. Fine aroma, hints of smoke from the peat malt roasting. Plus it is a great value. Dynamite.
Ardbeg "Uigeadail" Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky

If you enjoy a robust, peaty, smokey, single malt, you will love this one. My all-time favorite scotch. Since it is cask strength at 55%, you only need a wee dram. You will tell your friends about this one. Memorable!
Redbreast 12 Year Old Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey

This is an unusual, but worthy, addition to your whisky bar. I was introduced to it at a tasting gathering in Georgia during my winter in the South. My memory is somewhat fuzzy as to the characteristics (we tasted 6 that evening). But I recall that I really like it - give it a try. You will be impressed.
