Wow! This wine has everything you could look for in a Cabernet and more. I am amazed at how the quality of the wines from Chile have grown however still to some they are unknown. Very few wines impress like this one does.

Wine is extremely flavorful, smooth and very easy to drink. Donít be fooled by the price, this wine is sure to please any crowd. This wine can be opened and saved to enjoy a day or two later (if you can put the bottle down that is). I originally bought two bottles, after tasting I came back to buy more only to discover K&L was out of stock. Luckily shortly they received some more but apparently they are out of stock again. That right there should tell you how delicious and popular this wine is.

Plain and simple I love this wine and everyone I introduce this wine to ends up buying at least half a case. When I first tasted this wine I was sure it was at least a $20 bottle of wine, at that price it would be a good deal. At half that price itís hard to find a better bargain for your money. I find myself often reaching for a bottle of Pascual 2008 over other bottles three, four or even five times in price.

This wine is so smooth and fresh with just the right amount of acidity. I find that I can open this bottle drink a glass or two and come back to it a few days later and the wine continues to stay strong if not maybe even improve just a little.

This is for sure one of my favorite wines in my cellar.

2006 Bodegas Numanthia-Termes "Termes" Toro (out of stock)

The Bodgeas Numanthia Termes Toro is from the same producers of the more expensive Toro Numanthia and Toro Termanthia. On the nose the smell of berries, fruit, cedar, vanilla and a creamy texture. The wine when tasting still has a distinct taste of berries & fruit however, it balances well with the other elements and acidity so its not a fruit bomb.

At under $30 a bottle this is probably one of the better values in Spanish wine. Toro seems to be one of the hidden gems in Spanish wine that is becoming more and more recognized. It is not a surprise the popularity this wine is gaining as the recognition grows. I would be sure to get your allocation before this gem is gone.

It should drink well from 2010-2020 however it can be drank now with some time in the decanter.
Drink from 2010 to 2020
