2008 Nobilo "Icon" Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough, New Zealand

Very nice zip with peppery tones. Not too light, with some heft. Favourite of the NZ sauvignon blancs. Again, a great white for those who prefer red wines.
2008 Dominio del Plata "Crios de Susana Balbo" Torrontes Mendoza

Wonderfully crisp, without being too light. Nice texture and depth for a white. Citrus, almost grapefruit. Heavier than sauvignon blanc, but still dry. As a red wine drinker, I love it. Enjoyable with food, or as its own experience without food.
