I'm a fan of sipping tequila with some "wood" in the flavor. This "tequila" is the best I have tasted with the exception of El Tesoro Paradiso. There is sometimes a small line between garish flavor and perfect enhancement and this mescal is a home run for me. The fact that it is organically processed is just icing on top. Great flavor and unbelievable value. Oh - great floater on a biting margi as well.

I am a fan of sipping tequilas especially those with a bit of "wood" in the flavor. This "tequila" is the best I have tasted since my encounter with El Tesoro Paradiso. There is often a fine line between garish flavor and perfect enhancement, and for me, this mescal is a complete home run. The fact of it being organic is just icing on top. And it is an unbelievable value. Oh, yea - great floater on a biting margi as well.
