Franck Bonville "Brut Selection" Blanc de Blancs Champagne

I am notoriously not a fan of champagne. It was the first alcohol my parents let me try when i was a kid, and i think it turned me off of it for a good long while. I had the occasion to try this wonderful brut about 5-6 years ago at the recommendation of the buyer at K&L... and my world was changed. The crisp, clean green apple flavor settles nicely on the palate, and the smooth, creamy mouthfeel demands more as it finishes. I buy this whenever i see it in stock, and thankfully K&L's allotment has increased, so now I can enjoy it much more frequently without having to worry about running out!
